Both work. A deeper Trekkers Recovery session is ideal on a rest day or the day after hard training; lighter work can help you loosen up before an event. Tell us your schedule and we'll tailor the pressure.
How deep is the massage pressure?
We adapt to you. The Trekkers Recovery Massage uses sustained, firm pressure to release training load, but your therapist will check in throughout and adjust to what feels right for your body.
