A quiet welcome
We begin with a short consultation — how your body feels, where it holds tension, and which dosha-matched warm herbal oils will suit you best today.

Warm oil & first touch
Pre-warmed herbal oil is applied with long, settling strokes, easing the body out of its guard and into stillness before the deeper work begins.

Shirodhara Ritual
You begin with a full-body massage to let the body settle. You then lie with eyes covered as a precisely warmed, dosha-matched herbal oil flows steadily across the forehead. The session closes with rest and Himalayan herbal tea.

Rest & herbal tea
You rest as the treatment settles, then return slowly to the world with warm towels and a cup of Himalayan herbal tea in the relaxation lounge.
