These terms apply to bookings and treatments at Himalayan Beauty & Spa, Veturitie 24, A65, 3rd Floor, 00520 Helsinki, Finland. By booking an appointment or visiting us, you agree to the terms below. They are written to keep your experience warm, clear and fair.
Bookings & appointments
You can book through our website form, by phone at +358 45 787 05946, by WhatsApp, or in person. We confirm appointments within 24 hours of your request. We recommend booking in advance — particularly for evenings, weekends, couples treatments and wellness packages. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first visit (10 minutes for return visits) so we can complete a brief wellness consultation and you can settle in. Arriving late may shorten your treatment time, as we reserve each appointment slot for you.
Cancellation & rescheduling
- Individual treatments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 6 hours before your appointment.
- Packages and couples bookingsrequire at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule without charge.
- If you are suddenly unwell, please contact us right away — we will always reschedule with no charge.
Late cancellations or no-shows outside these windows may incur a fee of up to the full treatment price, as the time has been reserved exclusively for you.
Pricing & payment
Prices are listed per treatment and may be updated from time to time; the price confirmed at booking applies to your appointment. Payment is taken at the time of your visit unless otherwise agreed. Eligible discounts (for example, the pensioner and new-mother discounts) are applied in line with their stated conditions.
Gift cards
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and may be redeemed against any treatment or package. There is no expiry on unused credit within the 12-month validity period. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost. To arrange a gift card, please contact us directly.
Health & safety
Our treatments are intended for relaxation and general well-being. They are not medical treatments and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or care. If you have a medical condition or any health concern, please consult your doctor before booking.
Please inform us at booking of any relevant health matters — including pregnancy, allergies to oils or herbs, high blood pressure, heart conditions, recent surgery, epilepsy, or circulatory conditions — so we can adapt your treatment or recommend the most suitable option. Certain treatments may not be suitable for guests with specific health conditions — please tell us at booking. We reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment where we believe it is in your interest to do so.
Age guidance
Most treatments are for guests aged 16 and over, with ages 16–17 requiring a parent or guardian's consent. Selected treatments and all couples' packages are for adults aged 18 and over. A limited dry-polish manicure or pedicure is available to children aged 12–15 with an adult present.
Liability
We take great care in delivering every treatment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for adverse reactions or outcomes arising from information you did not disclose at booking, or from pre-existing conditions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Please leave valuables at reception; we cannot accept responsibility for personal items left unattended.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Finnish courts.
